Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 60 days of delivery
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • The product must not show signs of excessive use or damage beyond normal testing
  • All included accessories and attachments must be returned

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@synoshi.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for our team to send you a return authorization
  4. Ship the product back using the provided instructions
  5. Receive your refund within 5-7 business days of us receiving the return

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Shipping Costs

If you are returning a product due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for a new one at no additional cost. Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
